My sessions promote wellbeing, developing physical, mental, emotional and social abilities

by combining movement practices with storytelling, song, body music as well as breathing and relaxation techniques.

I am an experienced dance teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance),

certified FRC® Mobility Specialist and have trained with Cosmic Kids.

I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England), hold a DBS Check and have

completed the UK Government 'Psychological First Aid (PFA): Supporting Children and Young People'.


 I have been teaching online since the global pandemic began and am aware of the challenges

that many people, organisations and schools are currently facing with remote teaching and learning.
