Hi, I'm Vero

Human beings, bodies and behaviours are at the core of everything that I do.

Movement drives me. As a yoga practitioner, dance artist and mobility specialist I have a deep understanding of the body in motion.

As a professional photographer I specialise in capturing

the moment in movement. I have a keen eye for detail

and capturing expression and connection between people. My photographs will transport you and make you F-E-E-L.

I have a degree in Social Psychology, am a Registered

Yoga Teacher, FRC® Mobility Specialist and a qualified Mental Health First Aider. I have focussed my studies in Brazil, Senegal and India and have also travelled across Europe, to Latin America and Asia.

My yoga and dance sessions aim to celebrate every body.
I use movement as a guide to understand how our bodies
and minds are interconnected and explore wellness through anatomy and emotional wellbeing.

I have been teaching since 2006 and have experience in both community spaces and corporate environments.

I help my students to develop their own tools so they know how to take care of their own physical and

mental health.

Just in the way we all need to eat, sleep and brush our teeth everyday, we also need to take care of our movement hygiene; move our bodies effectively to ease out the creaks, stretch, strengthen our muscles, and give our mind space and time to review, restore, and support its peak performance.
